Shipping, customs & duties: Your items are shipped and cleared through our courier partner. Any customs duties or taxes are set by customs and are additional to your quote — they’re payable by you. We coordinate the purchase and hand-off, but customs clearance and its charges are outside our control.

Your delivery

Tip: a phone “Share → copy link” usually makes a short maps.app.goo.gl link — we keep it as a tap-through but can't read coordinates from it. A full Google Maps link (with numbers in it) or typed coordinates work best.
How we handle your package
We treat everything with care and confidentiality, and only open a package if a seal must be broken to verify the contents.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
If anything is lost or damaged while it’s in our care, we’ll cover it up to the amount you paid us for the delivery. Please tell us in advance about anything fragile or valuable so we can take extra care — items worth more than the delivery fee are otherwise carried at your own risk.

we never sell or share it. We keep it while you remain a customer plus any period the law requires,
